Refund & Returns Policy

At Priyanshu Woodcraft, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund & Returns Policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
  • The product should not have been damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, modifications, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products made specifically on special order
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Products showing signs of use, alteration, or improper installation

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or processed through another mutually agreed method.
  • The actual refund processing time may also depend on your bank or payment service provider.

Exchange Policy

We provide product exchanges in the following situations:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • A wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable.
  • Return shipping instructions will be provided after the return request is reviewed and approved.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. For cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
